Well said Ajla. I haven't had the pleasure of speaking to him yet which is probably a good thing. We all need to get on board with this so these clowns done take advantage of us

Thanks Simon. I wrote them a lengthy grievance letter yesterday with evidence enclosed and sent it to them by post and by email, happy to share with you. I am happy to go into arbitration again if needs be but there must be a written trail before that so they can see we tried to get answers. We must stand together, we are not their cash cows. Cases like this were all over watchdog not long ago as in property developers selling freeholds from under buyers feet within a month of moving in thanks to a loophole in the law than hitting them with unreasonable maintenance fees. We should be questioning all costs and services provided as we're the ones that are paying at the end of the day.

We paid the service charges in full for the first half of 2017 and regretted later for obvious reasons. So have yet to pay the Jul-Dec 2017 charges and have written to HML finance queries to question these amounts.
Also does it seem like we are all charged different amounts? Ours (2-bed) are: - Ground rent £300 pa - Service charge £825.83 (half yearly)
